檢查前準備

懷孕或可能懷孕不適合接受本檢查，請事先告知。
本檢查需禁食3至4小時。
本檢查時間需時90分鐘，耗時較長。建議於檢查前先上廁所，避免中斷檢查。

檢查方式

盡量於10至15分鐘內吃下兩片白吐司以及一顆雞蛋，請勿吃下自行攜帶食物及佐料。
放射性同位素標定於雞蛋內，若無法吃完全部食物，盡量將雞蛋吃完。
檢查時間約90分鐘
檢查完畢後即可離開。

注意方式

若有懷孕可能，暫時不宜進行本檢查，請先告知。
在攝影過程儘量不動，可以提高影像的品質。
本檢查為低劑量輻射藥劑，打完藥劑當日盡量減少與嬰兒及懷孕婦女接觸。若有接觸不會有明確不良影響，請勿過度擔憂。
