藥材需要先浸泡嗎？

藥材先浸泡於冷水中 30 分鐘。
水量：以淹蓋過藥材為原則。

腎病中藥如何煎煮？

頭煎：先以大火煮沸後，改為小火，持續煮 15 分鐘即可，倒出 1 碗藥汁。
二煎：加水，以淹蓋過藥材為原則，大火煮沸後，改為小火；持續煮 20 分鐘，倒出 0.8 碗藥汁。
三煎：頭煎、二煎藥汁混合 ( 1.8 碗 )，再濃縮成 1 碗。分成 2 次，於早上服半碗，睡前服半碗。
