Tanshinone IIA inhibits angiogenesis in human endothelial progenitor cells in vitro and in vivo.

發現丹參酮IIA通過PLC，Akt和JNK信號通路抑制內皮祖細胞（EPCs）血管生成。研究顯示丹參酮IIA在體外和體內均能降低EPC血管生成。丹參酮值得進一步用於治療癌症和其他血管發生相關病症。
